Repairs & Maintenance 

We source suppliers and organise all the repairs and general maintenance to the development on behalf of the Residents Company.

We have a substantial database of contractors that we are able to approach for any repairs or Maintenance that are required to your block or the development.

Our Contractors database, is carefully monitored and has a wide variety of tradesman for whatever your requirements may be.  Whether it be a Surveyor, Roofer, Bricklayer, Decorator, Gardener, Horbiculturist, Lift Companies, Gate Maintenance or Cleaner etc, we are sure to have a contractor that will be able to assist you.

Our team will source quotations for larger works that require three quotations and these will be presented to the Directors for consideration and approval.

We will liaise with the chosen contractors all the way through. From making the approach for a quotation,  while the work is in progress, satisfactory completion of the works through to administering payment of their invoice.
